When you build with us our standard is excellence from the ground up. This included 9’ ceilings in your basement, and main floor, with standard 8’ ceiling on the upper floor. We include this elevated specification on all of our homes.

Re-engineered at every level to reduce sound transmission and smells from home to home. Features include 8” concrete walls not 6”, sound insulation, 2×6 construction in place of 2×4 and engineered sound reduction channels. These walls are built 50% thicker than industry standards and feature extensive sound reduction technology. There are 0 (Zero) building fees associated with our duplex homes. These homes are designed as a Semi-detached. This means that you will have your own space, garage and your own utility room.
